The Spring 2009 Pros Competition has concluded. Congratulations to Kent Miller and Flint!
Each year ten photographers compete for a $5000 cash prize*. Each photographer is partnered with a Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) and photographs in that designated geographic area. The photographer and CVB work as a team during the four-month event.
The photographs made during the competition appear online and in a hard-cover book titled, Pure Michigan along with the photographer’s bio, photo and web site information.
How to Apply
Advanced-amateur and professional photographers are invited to apply. Photographers will be pre-approved to compete by a portfolio review process. Only twelve will be allowed to compete. One alternate will be chosen. If you would like to apply, please carefully read the entry guidelines, rules and regulations. Send your portfolio, application and $25 entry fee to:
